The headline of this news at https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/indi...348382.cms  screams "Centre set to approve 110-km Bhubaneswar bypass; road to connect Khurda and Cuttack" and mentions its budget to be 8300 crores. This is the Rameswar-Tangi part of the Ring road. The land cost will be 1029 crores. The road will be divided to 3 packages and will have 6 interchanges, and four elevated stretches.
