As per https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city...987252.cms Ichhapuram-Palasa segment will become part of SCOR.

This can actually be a positive for Odisha. Any train that end/start at Ichhapuram will be boon to people in South Odisha, as Ichhapuram is right on the border of Odisha, and only 26 kms from Berhampur.
