Atmosphere Core has announced its entry into Odisha with the launch of Pratyaksh – An Atmosphere Experience Chandragiri, a luxury boutique resort in partnership with Pratyaksh Estates Pvt. Ltd. Scheduled to open in late 2027, the property will mark the company’s foray into the scenic Eastern Ghats.

Located near the renowned Jirang Buddhist Monastery—also known as the Mini Tibet of India—the 90-key resort will offer cottages, suites, villas, and luxury tents overlooking the monastery and verdant hills. Facilities will include all-day dining, a Tibetan specialty restaurant, an in-house bakery, themed bar, library lounge, wellness services by ELE|NA Ayur Spa, and indoor-outdoor event venues for weddings, meetings, and social gatherings.
