Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo on Monday, taking part in a high-level meeting, discussed the proposal to open a Central agricultural university in Sambalpur as per the Central Agricultural University Act, 1992.

I hope the central government has proposed this. This is great news for Odisha.
