EPIC Group, one of the leading apparel manufacturers based in Hong Kong and renowned for serving some of the world’s leading brands, is poised to bolster foreign direct investment in Odisha.
Trimetro Garments India, a subsidiary of the Group, is planning to invest Rs. 376.85 crore for establishing its apparel manufacturing facility in the Khurda district. The project is likely to generate employment opportunities for 7,050 people. This state-of-the-art apparel manufacturing facility in Khurda district, will be the largest facility within the Epic Group.
Looks like the second bullet train corridor is going to be Mumbai-Nagpur. Odisha should pursue Nagpur-Raipur-Bhubaneswar-Puri bullet train corridor as well as access-controlled expressway.

A senior government official affirmed that the concept has secured in-principle approval from the respective company boards.
