This group did not have a special focus on Odisha development, but did discuss them. Since then there are many Odisha related e-groups around the world; but they don't necessarily focus on Odisha development.

History: This bulletin board is conceived as a generalization (and in some sense a continuation) of some individual blog activities related to Odisha development. Some of the initial individual blogs were:

Later these blogs were updated less frequently and the bloggers moved to Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/odishagrowth and various Odisha Development related albums were created in Facebook. An index of those albums is at:
Now this bulletin board format will allow a much larger group of Odisha lovers to be up-to-date on various developmental activities in Odisha and participate and work together towards further development of Odisha.

While we encourage people to champion development about specific areas, it is against the guidelines of this forum to disparage other areas. We do not want to put people against each other. So disparaging and insulting language against another area of the state or another participant of this bulletin board is against the guidelines of this forum.
