1 ) 4 Lane Badapokharia - Digha Coastal Highway : Tenders for the 4 packages of Phase - 1 have been floated till Paradeep ( Belar Nuagaon ) .The construction work is expected to begin from April 2025 .The Phase -2 from Khadalasahi of Kendrapara to Digha of West Bengal is in DPR stage 

2 ) 6 Lane Rameswar- Govindpur - Cuttack Tangi Capital Region Ring Road  : All the tenders of the 3 packages of this project have been floated .The construction work is expected to begin from April 2025 .

3 ) 4 Lane Cuttack Tangi - Kandarpur - Paradip Economic Corridor : Tender for the Package-1 ( Cuttack Tangi to Kandarpur interchange ) has been floated.The construction work is expected to begin from May 2025 .The rest packages till Paradip in DPR stage

These 3 upcoming Access controlled multi-laned greenfield National Highways grid will help to boost the freight & logistics movement in the Coastal belt of Odisha. All are being implemented in Hybrid Annuity Mode ( HAM ) under NH ( O ) scheme of the NHAI .

Quote:1 ) Badapokharia - Masakani Coastal Highway : The vital & most important PPPAC approval has been obtained for the 4 Lane with Paved Shoulder with Access Controlled from Badapokharia to Konark stretch & 2 Lane with Paved Shoulder from Konark to Masakani of Kendrapara stretch. A total of 160.180km has been approved by the PPPAC & the project is submitted for the final Union Cabinet approval. Which is expected to be obtained by the second week of the December. After the Cabinet Approval the tender & the land acquisition will be initiated .

2 ) 6 Lane with Access Controlled Rameswar- Govindpur - Cuttack Tangi Capital Region Ring Road : All the tenders of the 3 packages of this project have been floated .The tenders are scheduled to open on 28th November 2025.The project has received the final Cabinet approval from August 2025 .90% Land acquisition has been done for this project. The construction work is expected to begin from January 2026

3 ) 4 Lane with Access Controlled Cuttack Tangi - Kamarapada - Paradip Economic Corridor : Tender for the Package-1 ( Cuttack Tangi to Kamarpada interchange ) has been floated.The tender is at the final stage.The contract for the independent engineer service of this project has been awarded. The FDPR of this project has been approved by the MORTH.The land acquisition & the environmental clearance are underway.The rest packages till Paradip at the DPR stage
